Our monoclonal antibody services include the immunization, the isolation of spleen cells, the fusion with myeloma cells and the screening for positive clones. Finally you will receive cell culture supernatants from the best clones for your analysis and the antibody producing clones.  Even the subcloning of the best clone is included.

The antibody development starts with immunizations of the animals. For that, we need your antigen and additional information about concentration and buffer conditions of your antigen. After immunization, further steps will be discussed with the customer. Therefore, the customer is informed step by step.

We can produce and purify your monoclonal antibodies. We specialize in the production of antibodies from existing clones or antibodies from clones which we developed for you. CePower GmbH has a capacity of antibody production between 1mg to >2000mg.

For production, roller flasks, cell factories and Celline’s (membrane bioreactors) can be used. If possible, the production will be done by using serum-free cell culture media. Supernatant will be purified by affinity chromatography and gel filtration. This will generate pure antibody with low endotoxin level.

Our service includes the entire procedure from your antigen to the antibody producing clone.
